It has been learned with great sorrow that the floods and landslides which took place in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province caused massive loss of life and injuries.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives as well as to the friendly people and Government of the Republic of South Africa, and wish speedy recovery to the injured.
